For more accurate results, make sure to use close-fitting apparel. Make sure to use a flexible tape measure and, if possible, ask someone to help you with your measurements.
HEIGHT
- Make sure your heels, head, shoulders, and buttocks touch the wall, and your eyes are looking straight ahead.
- Lightly mark the wall with a pencil where the wall meets your head and measure the distance from the floor to that mark.
CHEST
- Place the end of the tape at the fullest part of your bust.
- Wrap it around your under armpits and back to front.
WAIST
- Circle your waist at your natural waistline located above your belly button and below your rib cage.
HIPS
- Start at one hip. Make sure the tape is over the largest part of your buttocks.
- Wrap the tape measure around and go back to where you started.
