TEAM INNERFORCE

BACK TO THE BEGINNING

Back to the beginning is the purpose we want to share this year with #teaminnerforce. Breathe, take a minute… How did it all start? What did you learn through this process? How much remains of the one who raced for the first time? Back to the beginning is an invitation to travel to the past, be grateful for the journey thus far, and set new goals for the future with a louder inner strenght; or rather, Innerforce :)

We are looking for you. Those who combine family, job, studies, and friends with the sport you love. Those who fight every day with the schedule to keep up with training. Those who race, when, and how you can, but still do it. All while enjoying the process and spreading the spirit with others. Those who want to be part of a community where support is more important than results. Those who want to share the journey with others, proud of themselves and of others. We are looking for you.

WHAT IS TEAM INNERFORCE?

TEAM INNERFORCE means you get a seat at the table: you join our family. The group of our closest people with whom we share the same values and vision. We’re sure that the sport has the power of transforming the lives of people and the community that surrounds them. It doesn’t matter whether you are a world championship athlete and aiming for your PB in Kona or pursuing a new challenging race, we are looking for those of you who challenge yourself every day.

This year we want to allow for more space for your individuality to shine while still being part of a team. We want to celebrate your uniqueness while we all come together. So we’ll celebrate our differences and come together as one.

We want to work with you to make sure you are a step closer to reaching your goals and you help us to reach ours.  We want to continue pushing further and support others who can also achieve their goals. If this sounds like something you care for, it’s your time to apply.

innerforce partner

YOU, THE PROTAGONIST

This is not another brand sports team. We want to follow you; we want to know you. Therefore, we prioritize direct and personalized contact with each team member. We get involved in their processes and celebrate together when things go well! And when things go wrong, don't worry, you'll have a family to support you.

EVERYONE IS WELCOME

It doesn’t matter whether you are a world championship athlete and aiming for your PB in Kona, pursuing a new challenging race, or starting training, we are looking for those of you who challenge yourself every day. The sports scene has a lot of great stories: of overcoming, changing habits, personal development, and more; what is yours? We want to inspire others to join sports by doing the best we can do: be ourselves.

WE ARE ON THE SAME PAGE

We celebrate our differences, but it’s important to us that we share the same values. We work on three fundamental pillars: social, environmental, and sports. If this sounds like something you care about, it’s your time to apply.

SOCIAL

We want to use sports as a vehicle for development, and we would like you to join us on this mission. In 2022, we launched the Innerforce Foundation, the space we created to do something more than gear. We hope you support our causes, but if you have yours, you’ll have the freedom to share them.

ENVIRONMENT

We became the first multisport Climate Neutral Certified company and want to continue going further. We will work on education on this with top world leaders in sustainability and support individual and community efforts for us to make a dent in our spheres of influence. Together we can keep doing great work on this front!

SPORTS

We want to continue making sure everyone is staying healthy and doing what they love focusing on wellbeing. We’ll encourage people to stay active and remain as a team making sure we all reach our goals, regardless of what those might be.

IF IT SOUNDS LIKE YOU AND ARE READY TO MAKE A POSITIVE DENT IN 2023, WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO HEARING FROM YOU!

WHY?

Because life is better when you know someone cares. We like to believe our ambassadors and the people we support are getting a step closer to their goals. If each of our athletes supports someone in their community and spreads our spirit to that person, we are already winning; we would create an infinite chain where everyone has a role and nobody is displaced. Our team members are the strongest testers and actively contribute to improving our gear, shaping us as a brand and helping us grow better, not bigger.

WHO CAN APPLY?

Committed individuals who train every day to become better versions of themselves and share our values. Although our base is in the United States, we welcome athletes from all over the world! That’s it.
